Buildings & Places

Greenhouse gas emissions from the energy use in our buildings account for over one-fifth of the annual total emissions in the UK. From the raw materials consumed in construction to thriving public spaces to better use and sources of heating and electricity in the home, there are big opportunities to reimagine our buildings and places to help us conserve more of our precious resources and pollute less.
