Why health and wellbeing?
The list of benefits to our wellbeing from connecting to, rather than disconnecting from, nature where we live is comprehensive and well documented. There is a growing body of research that shows our minds and our bodies need nature and that chasing it away harms us and our mental health as well as the biodiversity we are destroying. Our attitude needs to change. Universal access to healthcare is one of the core beliefs of British society: the Natural Health Service costs far less, saves the official NHS money and should be seen as just as essential.
Civic Revolution: Trailer
A short three-part audiobook about the clash between our culture and wellbeing; and the power of community to resolve this conflict. Based on the book Civic Revolution and narrated by its author.
