Flexiscale's story
Flexiscale operates sustainable data centre facilities, and uniquely uses the latest energy-efficient infrastructure technology to reduce carbon footprint and environmental impact, in what is generally a hugely energy-consuming industry. Flexiscale have invested in liquid immersion technology and heat reclamation, which has enabled them to cut 40% of the energy use in their data centres.
Flexiscale's Lincoln Data Centre has been awarded Gold status by CEEDA for both design and operation. CEEDA is the global energy efficiency assessment framework for data centres. Fewer than 20 data centres hold gold-level certification globally and their facility is only the second Colocation Data Centre to receive Gold for both design and operation.
Flexiscale believe that energy used on your behalf is still your responsibility, and so have sought to become a green energy centre for their customers.
