Running Out of Time

Starting on 6 June 2024 and throughout the current election period, thousands of people will be joining Britain’s biggest climate relay from Ben Nevis to Big Ben in support of local action for climate and nature.

The relay is a fantastic and hope-filled way to highlight the communities, councils, schools and sporting organisations taking steps to address the climate and nature crises. And we’re taking the message about how much people, nature and climate change matter to the public, to Westminster.

Everyone can get involved, by joining a relay stage; by adding your voice for more action; or by following this event.

Carbon Copy is the official podcast of Running Out of Time and we are covering this extraordinary people-powered event for local climate action, from now until 4 July. We will provide you with an opportunity to delve more deeply into some amazing stories and hopefully feel more energised to take action locally.
