Our aim is to grow food in a more sustainable way, change behaviours and educate. The most impactful thing we are doing to reduce carbon by bringing food production indoors is to mitigate against biodiversity loss, reduce runoff contamination by petrochemical fertilisers and therefore give land back to nature. We also have an educational outreach program to help generate more sustainable habits in the local youth population.
