Eco Perch Business Centre's Story

The Eco Perch Business Centre was launched in 2019. It is a true zero-carbon building, and the first non-domestic building in the UK to achieve the new Passivhaus Plus standard. Part of a local, expanding zero-carbon eco-village, the Eco Perch Business Centre is an innovative building comprising a mix of coworking space and serviced offices designed to be distinctive, eco-friendly and sustainable.

Listen to our community managers Lee talking about the innovative building materials and construction and Lucy outlining why she uses the site for her own business.
