The OneVoice construction strategy aims to build a successful, sustainable and inclusive construction industry, equipped with the people and technology to deliver a carbon neutral built environment. The revised OneVoice action plan allows for a shift in focus as a result of the pandemic and changing attitudes in the industry.
The overarching aim is ensuring that North East England is recognised as a beacon of best practice.
The Construction Summit brought people together to learn about these topics, champion innovation and share ideas.

Our advice
Collaboration is key.
Working together with peers from across the industry means change is more likely, all working towards an agreed goal with the same objectives.
The NEE Construction Summit was an example of multiple organisations working together to deliver something which shared ideas, knowledge, learning and championed innovation.
We all learn from each other and share ideas. We are now looking to push forward to deliver the action plan.
