Equans are working with their clients across large building portfolios, to improve the efficiency of peoples homes. This is achieved by putting in low carbon heating systems, which reduce carbon emissions and enable home owners to save money and be greener.

Our advice
Working with so many types of organisations means we need to be careful about how we approach each customer's needs. There's no "one size fits all" solution, but there are lots of ways to approach each case individually. Having a team with a range of expertise can broaden the type of customers you take on, and collaborating with suppliers and other organisations can make the result stronger.
It's vital to communicate what we're doing, and why we're doing it. This is especially important at Equans, as our core aims are around energy and sustainability. It's often a priority to tell customers to create a positive image, but every organisation should focus on their staff and other stakeholders too, or that message won't be fulfilled with action throughout the organisation's work.
