At Cumbria LEP we want to see Cumbria being a net contributor of clean energy for the country. Building on the region's nuclear heritage, we want to see that play a part in becoming net zero but also develop the region's offshore wind, onshore wind, solar and biomass potential.

Through net zero there are many challenges for the country but there are also opportunities. We want to help our companies decarbonise and to support clean energy industries.
