Net zero carbon neighbourhood - Balsall Heath?

At the WM COP Roadshow today the proposal for Net Zero Neighbourhoods was mentioned.
We’ve been advocating this in Balsall Heath for some time, with strong interest from the different communities and leaders.

Would it be possible for us to be considered?
